Leaders Penryn were held to a goal-less draw by perranwell in an evenly fought game with neither side having many scoring chances. Nobody worked harder for the home side than the Phillips twins, Tom and Sam, in the midfield. Penryn came more into the picture in the second half as they upped the pressure but were unable to break down the home side's stubborn defence.
