PENRYN ATHLETIC 4 - MILLBROOK 0
Penryn continued their move up the table as four goals from Pat Shaughnessy gave them this comfortable victory at Kernick, which was their ninth consecutive victory in both league and cup.
Millbrook held their own for most of the first half but just before the break Daniel Gage impeded Dale Band allowing Shaughnessy to open the scoring from the penalty spot.
The visitors started slow after the interval and Shaughnessy hit two fine shots past goalkeeper James Gill in the 47th and 49th minutes. Six minutes later Shaughnessy was on target again as he won his battle with Daryl Johnstone to fire past Gill from the angle of the six yard box.
