The home side fcame within a whisker of ending their Premier visitors' place in the draw for the next round before losing this enthralling tie at Kernick on penalties. Liam Streat fired the home side into an early lead with Josh Insley replying for the Camels before Kayne Trevaskis sent the home side into the lead just prior to the break.
The visitors hit back
in the second half with two goals from Paul Menhinnick and Ryan Pooley before
Dan Richardson's superbly taken free-kick sent the tie into extra time. Neither
side could find the vital touch to win the tie in the extra period which led
to the dreaded penalty shoot out which Camelford won 5-4 with the one missed
goal by the home side being the only difference in the teams on the night.
